Youth Art Therapy Online Program
Virtual (50min) Sessions
This program offers individual art psychotherapy sessions for youth, with a focus on building confidence, managing anxiety, strengthening emotional regulation, and navigating peer relationships. Sessions are grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Emotion-Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and incorporate creative expression as a tool for self-awareness and growth.
Clients typically begin with 6–10 weekly or bi-weekly sessions, followed by a check-in to reassess goals, progress, and ongoing needs. From there, sessions can continue or shift in frequency based on the updated treatment plan.
For youth ages 12–20 seeking support in building confidence and learning how to manage life’s stressors and transitions.
Treatment is individualized, with clients maintaining an active role in setting goals and guiding the focus of their therapy.
